ABOUT AUTHOR
Since childhood, I have loved stories and loved to tell them. Gathered around a fire, telling ghost stories, and watching the wide-eyed expressions of the listeners led to writing them. I grew up watching Alfred Hitchcock, The Twilight Zone, and I was devoted to Edgar Allan Poe and Stephen King when I grew older. A Master’s degree in psychology grew out of my love of what goes on between our ears, in our lives, and what scares us. Add to that a few paranormal experiences of my own, confronting my own fears within and without, and writing became my outlet, my passion, and my life’s work.
I would add to the above – I am a member of the Charlotte Writer’s Club, and I have written two books prior to The Haunting of Greystone’s Women. Entitled In the Shadow of the Mountain and Whispered Secrets, both are paranormal/horror novels. The Haunting of Greystone’s Women is my third book. I am pleased to say I won second place in the Elizabeth Simpson Smith short story contest for my entry – “If Mama Ain’t Happy”.
